York Health Economics Consortium undertook an independent evaluation of the use of Klinik’s patient triage and demand management technology at Priory Medical Group’s PCN.
The evaluation - supported by Yorkshire and Humber AHSN - found that Klinik helped to deliver 18 months’-worth of appointments within one year and realised over £300k in capacity-releasing savings.
